the conditions :
The applicant must be a Saudi individual or a Saudi institution.
The applicant must not have been subjected to any disciplinary penalties.
The applicant must complete the form of the prize.
The applicant shall abide by the conditions, standards and mechanisms of the General Secretariat of the Award.
Note that the prize is not awarded more than once to the same institution or person.
